******************** DEPOSIT POLICY ****************************************
All deposits are non refundable. A 14 Day cancellation policy is mandatory to avoid being charged for the entire balance to cardholder's credit card , company account or invoiced to home. All vehicles can not be reserved without deposits.
*******************PAYMENT POLICY*****************************************
DEBIT CARD AND CHECK CARD POLICY :
All debit cards, check cards or prepaid cards must be secured by a 20% non refundable deposit and final balance must be paid in cash on day of service prior to services starting. Any request for overtime must be paid in advance if additional hours are going to be needed.
MAJOR CREDIT CARD POLICY:
All credit card transactions must also be secured with a 20% non refundable deposit . a preauthorization for the amount due as well as a 25% excess reserve will be authorized on all credit card transactions. Excess reserves are secured in the event clients needing services are going to exceed the time and go beyond original contracted times. Pre-Authorization reserves are made on Credit Cards Credit Lines up to 48 hours prior to date of service on travel reservation. Final Charges Settle within Seven Days After the Reservation Trip Ride is Completed.
******************** CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY **********************
No Cancellations Or Modifications To Dates Or Times Can Be Made By Email.
All cancellations must be faxed to 713-977-0088. A fax transmittal report should be kept as proof of cancellation.
******************** LIMOUSINE DAMAGE POLICY ********************************
The guarantor of this reservation will be held financially responsible for any physical damage or breakage of crystal, switches, burn marks, stains etc. Escape Hatches are not to be confused with sunroofs and must remain closed at all times unless it is an emergency exit. R and R Partnership, Inc. reserves the right to terminate service with no refund to client if clients renting service act in disorderly and violent manner. R and R Partnership, Inc. reserves the right to initiate collection proceedings for all services or damage fees that are not paid within 14 days after date of service. R&R will collect any and all attorneys' fees, collection expenses and court costs incurred by Toptown in its effort to collect the outstanding balance owed.
******************** SMOKING/ALCOHOL POLICY **************************
All vehicles are non smoking. There is a $ 100.00 additional charge per occurrence. If needed, your driver will pull over to allow passengers to smoke outside Limousine. Illegal use of drugs is prohibited in our limousines and can terminate ride at no refund to the paying parties. Alcohol consumption is not permitted in the company of minors . There is a minimum $500.00 clean up charge for any stains resulting from illness inside limousine.
******************** GENERAL ADDITIONAL POLICY *****************************
This contract must be signed and returned back to R&R office with payment before trip is confirmed. Changes in the itinerary or equipment may result in a fee change for the charter. When required, charter party is to pay all tolls, fees, and lodging for the driver. All balances are to be paid in full before the beginning of the run. Driver has the right to terminate run without refund; if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s) or anyone within the group.
Cancellation policy: R&R requires a 25% non-refundable deposit for all groups and/or reservations over $150.00. If credit card is used fees will be run directly to the credit card at the time the contract is signed. Customers agree to pay overtime charges starting within 15 minutes past the reserved time of drop off, to be billed in half hour increments at 1.5 times the contracted hourly rate.
Driver responsibilities: Charter party will observe drivers discretion not to travel on unpaved, unsafe and /or dirt roads. Driver will not exceed posted legal speed limits at anytime or for any reason during any fare.
Group Responsibility: Detailed itineraries are required 10 days prior to the departure date. Itinerary not matching trip ticket may result in additional charges to the customer. Party is responsible to have directions to all desired stops and locations. Party leader is responsible for maintaining a reasonable level of proper conduct this is to be at the discretion of chauffeur. Excessive debris or destruction of to the vehicle (exterior or Interior) by the charter party will result in damage charges billed directly to the renting party. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond the seating capacity. Chartering party will be responsible to pay a fee of $100.00 for each carpet or seat burn and a Sanitation fee of $250.00 for any vomiting. These Fees will be charged directly to credit card on file. Illegal drug use is prohibited by Law. Client will be responsible to pay for all missing glassware.
Vehicles restrictions: Blocking aisles or stairways is prohibited by law. No standing while the vehicle is in transit. Coolers must be stored in the storage area or where directed by chauffeur NO SMOKING IN ANY VEHICLE. If smoking occurs at anytime during the fare by anyone in the charter party will result in the trip will end immediately with no refund given to chartering party. Kegs, milk, food of any kind, are not permitted on board. No firearms are permitted.
Liability Carrier: is limited to transportation only, excluding all other losses such as food, room, or prepaid reservations due to delays in transit of trip due to weather, acts of God, mechanical breakdowns, unsafe road conditions, or any other reason beyond the control of R&R. Specifically, R&R is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on a charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes fill financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any member of there party. Not responsible for articles left within the vehicle.
If for any reason the firm is unable to perform the service as contracts, its liability shall be limited to a full refund of any monies paid by customers hereunder. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles in the event of vehicle malfunction based on availability.
R&R does not refund for unforeseen traffic delays that may impact timing of clients itinerary, please allow extra time if necessary.
R&R reserves the right to not perform service if weather is inclement and could jeopardize the safety of passengers or chauffeurs. All R&R chauffeurs have the authority to determine if limousines can safely make any Tight turns or enter narrow driveways, if necessary, clients may need to walk to limousine if entranceways are too tight for vehicles to manage. Clients renting the services from R&R Limousine understand that walking or standing inside the limousine is prohibited while the limousine is in motion. R&R Limousine will not be held liable for injury sustained if limousine must come to an immediate stop.
Additional gratuities to your chauffer are at your sole discretion of the client or clients guests and will not be considered in your final bill if additional overtime or miscellaneous charges are applied.

Please note there is no guarantee that R&R Will be available for overtime hours beyond your contracted block of time & reserves the right to conclude services at any moment once the contractual time has been expired. Please consider your times carefully when booking or choose a lengthier package . R&R will not refund or reimburse customers for time lost if driver is forced to find new addresses not indicated on your contract. Please list all addresses to all destinations in advance to avoid time consuming mapping of addresses.
