Do you allow smoking in any of your vehicles?
R&R maintains a no smoking policy in all of its vehicles.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made a minimum of 72 hours prior to services to avoid a charge of the full fare.
Do you provide car seats for children?
Yes only upon request and with a $10.00 per car seat charge
Do you have a minumum time usage policy?
Yes, our standard is four hours. We will negotiate any fare that is unique.
What is the height requirement for your rides?
Contrary to popular opinion, we do not have height requirements. We are not necessarily rides; we are more so a 'higher class' means of transportation.
